Need help remembering a game

Okay, we all remember Decent (I hope, anyway). But does anyone remember the game that came out that mimicked it in every aspect, except it had much better graphics? The cover art drew some attention because it had an attractive women showing off a tattoo relating to the game. And I'm not sure if it came out before or after Decent 3.

Any ideas?
