New Spell Checker for JSR

I redid the spell checker. It's now meaner than ever, and should actually work in all screens now and support all the latest browsers. I'm sure you'll let me know if it doesn't.

Oh sure, pretend you are teh uber spellers and ignore ole Jump.

Even on boards that do have the feature, I don't use it. Besides the fact that it's an extra step (a trivially easy one, granted), there's the fact that most spellcheckers I've worked with need extensive "teaching" for words that, while spelled right, aren't found in a dead tree dictionary.

I do wonder if this will lure biteme in or drive him away, though...

(Of course, if you force-fed it Timski's Jumpgate terms dictionary, that'd cover a lot of the problem words right there.
