I prefer the thin style but only if it's like the ones you get in New York. I fell in love with that stuff when I was there for a bit. There five thousand million New York style pizza places outside NY but most of them suck. The only place I have found that gets it right over here in Nor Cal is Amicis East Coast Pizza. That stuff is awesome. They cook it on the bottom of the oven right on the clay so the crust is just perfect. Any topping you want. They fold nice. mmmmmm Everyone that visits us from NY finds a piece of home there.

Dang I'm hungry now.

Growing up in Wisconsin, I do like the deep dish Chicago style pizza. But for my taste, if Im going to order a pizza, it has to have good cheese on it. Pappa Murphy's the take and bake pizza place seems to have best cheese on their pizzas.

Theres a place down the street here called Joey-o's. Their all from Broklyn and its the closest damn thing your gonna get. And it is pretty damn close...

I can admit, I've never had a Chicago style "pizza" in Chicago....but I think that's mainly because it's more like a shepard's pie then a pizza.

Well, When I was in the USAF and stationed in Eastern Illinois, we used to order pies from a Garcia Brothers, or the Flying Tomato Bros as the were known. If memory serves my right here. That was a long long time ago.

They were pretty darn good.
