I only had a bad video card from them once. The RMA process was fast and painless.

So far everything has been great and got here fast. The only thing I didn't buy was the LCD. And that was only because I get discounts through work from ViewSonic. I saved $60 but got it a week later than I would have if I went through Newegg.

I ordered $84 million worth of keyboards from them once. Had to RMA them all because all that was delivered was nachos. No cheese even. Bastards....
