Most of the time things get active in here, ( on the most part ) when something happens in Jumpgate, as nothing is happening in Jumpgate even though the 3 main factions have lost there Nuke CP’s Octs said they where getting the injustice back on line the Quants say they have something more important to do than remake the Glaive CP, I haven’t seen a whiff of anything from a GM for the last week or so, are we back to being mushrooms again ?

The Inj will not come back, not in the foreseeable future anyways. Too many bum buddies speaking in the right ears that don't want em back.
Nukes, well, not my thing. Got bored rebuilding stuff some time back.
I have had a few probs with the site though Jump since you spruced things up. May just be my browser playing with me but it was bringing me to some default page all day yesterday. Fine today though, obviously.

Somewhat more seriously, what browser are you using? Also, if you haven't done so already, you may want to consider emptying your browser cache and trying again.

I see what you guys are refering to now. I don't use the www in my urls. In fact I use mod_rewrite to redirect to the url without it. For some reason since we did the Linux kernal update it is showing the mack-station temp page when the www is used. So mod_rewrite is somehow broken. It works fine on other sites just not on this one.

As much as I enjoy the site, is there anything I can do to speed it up? I find it takes ages (compared to ever other site I visit) to flip from topic to topic and open links. Its like wading through the Internets version of treacle.

Like I said I like the site and visit frequently but I find the experience marred by the 286dx66 speeds.
