Nope, you'd be in excruciating pain while your car came barreling towards me, until it was blown apart by an AT-4, Mk.19, the main gun of a tank, or some other form of high explosive weaponry. I'm not really a big fan of non-lethal ordinance serving as an "alternative" to the obvious solution.

Unfortunately, when it is just some stupid civilian who was not a threat, just confused, it causes a lot of public grief for the military. So it's no wonder they are looking at ways to stop them long before they have to blow them up. They could use both of these methods at the same time if they wanted to.

My solution to the suicide bomber problem in Iraq would be to give everyone a VW like this one (why in Gods name they banned it, I have no idea. It's just too funny).

I'd rather non-lethal weapons be taken away from cops....every day there are more and more cases of cops tazering people for practically no reason, and it needs to stop. Just because its non-lethal doesn't mean you can use it all the damn time.
