Personal use? If you're looking for something simple I've got a throwaway server if you want an account. It's got a speedy backbone connection and a friend does the hosting so bandwidth usage (within limits) is not a concern. Biggest issue is cpu and mem, but there's not much we've done that has put a dent in it (except that one time I forgot to tell a script to exit after running every 5 minutes, it wasn't happy about that after a few days)
