I remember the old MACK site had an "watch list" or something similar to that which would warn members when a pilot known to be hostile to MACK members was logged on and show that pilots status (docked or inflight). I don't think that feature made the trip.

I'd want something where I could put individual pilots or squads on my "watch list". It would probably be better (for me anyway) if no one else could see who I was interested in. Just a thought. I was wondering Jump, if you could come up with something similar or if it would be too complicated?

There's already an addon for JGRot Pro where you can pull up a customized squad listing and see who's on.

That may be, but it's not on JSR in the tool box. That's where I go for tools. I find JGRot Pro difficult to deal with. ZIP this; unzip that; install this remove that. No thank you. That's why I have a very old pre-WWS version of JGRot Pro. I'd much rather have something here in the tool box.

Roster Spy isn't what I had in mind. I want something where I can put in the name of a pilot or squad and then be notified when they log on or log off. Roster Spy is best for squads, not individual pilots nor are there any alerts (that I could find anyway) or any way to set up such an alert. Oh well..

Its a shame you dont want to use JGRotPro, I thought your idea good, especially on the "Alert" idea, and got me looking at how to make an "Ingame alert" via JGRotPro.

In other words, when a pilot logs in conforming to what you have configured: squad or pilot name, or even option for "any bountied". On "them" logging in, you get a popup that clears after 2 seconds automatically :-P

Anyway it's only an "idea" today, I have started investigating JGRotPro interfacing, and I have already simulated the popup, dunno if it is worth coding it *shrug*

Everything doesn't have to be jgrot pro. And since Jumpgate Evolution will work in a window even less need to clutter up the game and my connection to it.
