It seems the tools are broken, is this temporary, or is this stuff being phased out?

I think the item lister isn't updating anymore, it says 307 carbon at Corridor and 166 at Aman which both isn't true (KTRI: Corridor is in most need of Carbon). It didn't change within one hour.

Is that why the BPC no longer works? The one on the PJG Market Lister acts like I've put in Solrain Core to Solrain Core no matter what I actually put it.
