Title pretty well says it all. I'm sure there's a reason why you haven't already done this but I got a little frustrated today alt-tabbing from one to the other while trying to mine. Maybe a button on the Production Lister to tie it in? Or just a left or right click on a commodity or piece of equipment? Might be more trouble for you than it's worth but I think it would be handy if it's do-able.

For instance, I was looking at the Oct FM out of Outpost and it required RF transceivers. So I go looking for where they are and where they are made. I go to Market Lister first; no joy. Then I go to Production Lister and I hunt and hunt and hunt to see where they are made before I go to Item Lister, find out they are produced at Wake, GP and Corridor. Had I thought to check a commodity that uses RF I probably would have found it faster in the Production Lister, but I wasn't sure off-hand what used RF Transceivers.

Bottom line: I'm lazy and don't want to have to search too far on too may screens or open too many windows to accomplish whatever reasearch I'm trying to do at the moment. I used to keep a notebook with that kind of production information, etc but with the slow but steady changes Istvan has/is introducing I find it more trouble than I'm willing to mess with to try and keep it up. I have limited time I can devote to the game, unfortunately, and I want to spend that time PLAYING now researching how to play. I know you too have better things to do, but you seem to do THIS kind of stuff so well and apparently easily. Thanks Jump, either way.

They are two completely different tools with different goals designed in their function. One is for items, the other for stations. As far as combining them, well, that would be a lot of work for me on something so few use. I sense that I'm starting to sour on making tools for this community. The responce is underwhelming and I always end up getting insulted somewhere, such as JOSSH. Right now, all my coding tools are collecting dust.

I did build a new Guinea Pig cage for my kids and their pigs yesterday, that was quite rewarding.
