Planet Jumpgate Market Lister Changes

I changed the PJG Market Lister to be a full blown vBulletin Add-on. So no more pesky redirects to the registration pages when you have a cookie problem. It's still the same old script so it functions the same. The only difference is it uses vBulletin on the back end and for templates.

This is something I started awhile back and just now got around to finishing. So it may not have the fixes that were just made to the old lister. So if you find a problem let me know.
