Solrain Core (TRI-FP) - Tens & Piney confirmed this morning that Chime production has been completely restored, and at higher production levels than before the attack that shutdown the manufacturing facilities throughout Solrain space.
"With the assistance of a multi-factional group of pilots, Tens & Piney have finally been able to restore production of this popular radar system," stated Vivian Duvazaco for T&P. "By using direct contract labor, we were able to avoid most of the contractual stumbling blocks that have delayed the restoration of production for so long, as well as maintain better levels of security over the project.
"In addition, the use of pre-collapse technology has allowed us to boost production levels past their earlier limits."
The TRI Executive Council had an immediate, albeit short, response.
"While we are pleased to see Chime production once more online," commented Mei Mefyeyji for the TRI Executive Council, "the method used to complete the project was in contravention of the corporate operating license agreement between TRI and Tens & Piney. This matter has been referred to the Council for investigation, and possible sanctions against T&P and/or their contract labor."
If the Council finds that sanctions are warranted, they have several options open to them - including fines, mandating shutdown of the repaired facilities, or even the revocation of T&P's operating license.
