TRI-HQ (TRI-FP) - Following yesterday's news surrounding
PSI's recent alleged activities, Dorator R&D announced this morning that
they have now gained a controlling stake in PSI.
"After yesterday's news," explained Dorator founder Malkev Dorator,
"we took advantage of the freefall stock price to obtain 50.5% of the
voting stock. With that stock now acquired, we have effective control of the
company, and intend to start rebuilding its reputation and stock value. Despite
the alleged actions of the previous management team, the employees and products
PSI offers are of immense value. We here at Dorator believe that we can refocus
the company, improve employee morale, and turn PSI around from a rogue
corporation, to a productive, profitable and highly valued one.

"At this time, we will not be changing PSI's name, and will allow it to
function as a separate entity, under Dorator appointed management. In addition,
we will be co-operating fully with the Hyperial and Solrain governments'
investigations into the recent incident.

"The first, tactical, priority is to provide a return on pilots'
investments, and get Nova Mk 1 production back online, both at Hyperial, and at
our production center at Solrain Core, as an olive branch to the people of
Solrain."

There has been no immediate response from either Hyperial, or the STCC to
this news.
