Quantar Core (TRI-FP) - Following last night's attack against OPL facilities by Quantar pilots, Tahir Queliar Neamru has issued a surprising statement, accusing OPL of developing biological weaponry.
"A few months ago, the Fa'hil Memta received strong evidence that OPL had managed to obtain details of the Letifer Virus cure, and were using it to reverse engineer a more deadly virus. This information was immediately passed onto the TRI Executive Council, who refused to act. We believe that the Octavian Government threatened to withdraw from TRI if the council acted on the information.

"Therefore, the Fa'hil Memta decided to act unilaterally. Enlisting the help of Cromforge, a measured response was initiated against OPL's abhorrent activities, which included the destruction of OPL's Headquarters and Injustice production capabilities. The so called 'innocent civilians' who died, were, in fact the biological and genetic engineering team responsible for OPL's bio-weapon program. Their deaths, while unfortunate, was necessary to cripple OPL's plans.

"The Fa'hil Memta sympathizes with the many TRI pilots that worked hard towards assisting OPL in recent weeks, however, after seeing the suffering caused on Perasca, we could not allow another bio-weapon to be developed.

"All of Quantar thanks those pilots who achieved this victory, and we mourn the loss of Markus Eull, who gave his life in order to ensure the destruction of OPL's bio-weapon program."
