Solrain Core (TRI-FP) - The STCC has released its final report into the recent failed
attempts to detonate nuclear warheads on Hypsos, as well as Solrain planets. The
report contained no surprises, and essentially laid blame for the plot upon a
Phoenix Rising which had managed to assume control of PSI, confirming the
earlier claims of the Hyperial government.
The report took a less clear view on the subject of various TRI pilots
involved in the incident, citing confusing and contradictory evidence to make an
absolute judgment. The report recommends no further actions, however, given the
lack of definitive proof.

In related news, shortly after the STCC released its report, the Hyperial
government initiated the execution of the former PSI executives involved in the
plot. In accordance with Hyperial law, they will be executed according to the
nature of their crime, and thus were exposed to a lethal dosage of plutonium
radiation. They will be denied medical aid, and their final days and hours will
be broadcast live across Hypsos. They are not expected to last more than two
weeks.
