By Alexa A'vros Solrain Core (TRI-FP) - Pilots of squad OMC have completed the recently nuclear ordinance construction contract, issued by the STCC, according to a joint statement from the STCC and OMC Command. The pilots of OMC were very pleased to have an opportunity to aid TRI, as a whole, in the war against the conflux, our true enemy," stated Admiral Regan from OMC. "It was a great pleasure to lead our pilots in this massive order and the fact that we achieved our goal in 17 days thrills me. Not only did we help TRI, but many of our newer members learned a lot about the economy and our squad grew closer and stronger throughout the contract. Again, we thank Solrain for the opportunity and the miners of TRI that drop their ore at Depot stations, so as to not interfere with production of needed equipment." When I saw the request from STCC for 7,000 nukes, I knew it was a perfect task for OMC," remarked Brigadier JoeStraz.." Regan and I put together a proposal and brought it to the squad who wholeheartedly agreed. I knew I was flying with great pilots, but I didn't realize just how good until we started this contract. Within a week, we had the 1,000 nukes delivered to Aman and Quant SDS. At that point, a pilot (well maybe 2 but that's still up for debate), decided to sabotage our fuel cell production. That's when our pilots really banded together. We spun up fuel cell production at another station while we continued to produce elects and flux for biomass at a steady pace." "The STCC is extremely pleased with this effort," noted Ferrix Charyb, Minister of Trade. "Aside from an extremely competitive bid, OMC's effort to complete the work so fast is truly remarkable. In recognition of this effort, we have submitted strong recommendations to RMD for suitable recognition for all the pilots involved. "Recent conflux attacks have shown that sentient forces are capable of undermining our reconstruction efforts. It is essential that we take the fight to them, and do everything we can to minimize or prevent damage to factional facilities. This project is but a first step as part of a larger STCC plan to ensure equipment stocks and available to pilots of all factions, by ensuring a strong economic foundation to The Reconstruction Initiative. "Finally, I'd like to offer my personal congratulations to JoeStraz on his promotion to Brigadier, and Commander of OMC's economic wing. If the results of this contract are any indication, this promotion is well earned." TRI-RMD has indicated that the awards for OMC have already been approved, and the medals are in the mail.
