"It is with great pleasure and pride that I announce the return to Active Duty of retired former New Dawn Commander {ND}Falcon. {ND}Falcon had previously been in retirement due to medical problems which required his confinement to medical facilities in Octavia, his native faction.

"With the Letifer Incident and subsequent improvements to the Samsun Medical Research and Development Laboratory in Hyperial, a cure for {ND}Falcon's condition was developed as a by-product of the Letifer Virus Cure and treatment was administered at Octavius Core Station's Medical Facilities.

"Treatment for {ND}Falcon's illness and related side affects of his medial stasis have resulted in delays in his formal return to flight status. After several simulator sessions and flight training missions, I am pleased to be able to present {ND}Falcon with his wings once again.

"{ND}Falcon has been appointed the rank of Fleet Commander and assigned to the New Dawn Joint Special Operations Command where he will oversee and take part in special mission tasking."
