Solrain Core (TRI-FP) - The STCC has directly interceded in
the current Hyperial conflict, following the downing of pilot Musgshot last
night by pilot InterOrka.
"Clearly, the current situation is getting out of hand," stated
STCC Minster of Trade Ferrix Charyb. "Despite
a good faith agreement, a civilian pilot, in compliance with the agreement, was
shot down. Therefore, we are requesting that all loyal Solrain military pilots
provide additional cover for civilian pilots in Hyperial space, until further
notice.

"In addition, the STCC views the stripping and blockade of Hyperial
station by InterOrka and his Quantar friends to be in contravention of well
established free trade precedents. Any pilot found to be enforcing any such
blockade or stripping activity is to be considered a valid target, and engaged
at the discretion of Solrain pilots in theater. Pilots interfering with this
peacekeeping mission will be considered an enemy of Solrain, and treated as
such.

"The STCC values our friendship with Hyperial, and we are optimistic
that our pilots' mission be peaceful, and the superior tactical combat skills
that Solrain pilots are renowned for, will not be needed during this
crisis."

There has been no official comment from the Fa'hil Memta at this time,
regarding the involvement of Quantar pilots in support of InterOrka.
