Hyperial (TRI-FP) - A temporary cessation of open
hostilities was arranged last night, after heated words were exchanged between
pilot InterOrka, and Hyperial President Kelvin Rauder.
"We were glad that InterOrka finally saw reason," stated Rauder.
"As part of the agreement, humanitarian aid, as well as mission cargo may
be delivered to Hyperial. All other items will remain status quo, until the STCC
completes its investigation into the failed terrorist attacks against their
planets, as well as Hypsos.

"The direct involvement of Quantar factional squad Quantars Hope was
unfortunate, and, at this time, we are confident that this was an isolated
incident, that will not lead to an escalation of the situation during this
critical period. It is important that everyone remain calm, and rational. The
unwarranted destruction of civilian assets is neither necessary, nor desired,
and all sides must do everything possible to ensure their protection."

Sources within the STCC indicate high level ministerial meetings to discuss
possible options and scenarios regarding Hyperial.
