Quantar Core (TRI-FP) - The Fa'hil Memta has issued a
formal ultimatum to the STCC, following what they claim to be an STCC sponsored
raid against Quantar research facilities.
"The Fa'hil Memta cannot and will not allow this unprovoked aggression
by STCC agents to go without notice, or remedy," stated Tahir
Queliar Neamru. "The theft and wanton destruction of Quantar
sovereign property is completely unacceptable, and we demand, without delay, a
formal apology from the STCC, as well as suitable remunerations for the damage
done. In addition, property stolen from the Fa'hil Memta will be returned within
48 hours.

"The STCC has committed an act of war against the Fa'hil Memta, yet, we
do not seek to escalate the violence initiated by the STCC's pets. Once the
conditions above are met, Solrain-Quantar relations can return to their normal,
peaceful level. Should these conditions not be met, we shall have no alternative
but to authorize a proportional response."

Information gathered by TRINN, indicates that on the evening of 106.06.11, a
large number of Solidarity pilots, supported by Octavian mercenaries, gained
unauthorized access to research stations in deep orbit around Quantar planets.
Reports indicate that several items were taken from the stations, and flown to
Solrain space, where they were quickly transported away to top secret research
facilities at Wake station. Eyewitnesses report the presence of an STCC ship
flying with the Solidarity pilots, leading credence to the Quantar claims that
this was an official STCC operation.

The STCC declined to comment, citing an ongoing investigation.
