I need to get my stick waxed.
Stop that. Get your mind out of the gutter.
I mean my joystick. Not any better, huh? My X-45 needs some stick wax. Can anybody point me to a place where I can get this stuff. I got a sticky point when I try to depress (negative pitch) that pulls the base up. Help is much appreciated. |

Just take it apart and clean it.

Feels like I got a rough part worn on the gimbal and I think that gimbal is plastic along with everything but the spring. I'll clean her up, but I don't think that's going to solve it completely.

I have my X52 set to the middle notch and find it very comfortable. Second notch is a little more comfortable but I find I rest on/into the pinky trigger too much. I've only known one person to have problems with the size of the stick after adjusting, and she has the hand build of a 6 year old so there were no surprises there. I guess when you're creating a confined space such as on that stick you have to go to extremes to make sure everyone can use it comfortably, but there are still limits.
