Off-hand pads?

Does anyone here use an off-hand pad like the nostromo n52 by belkin? I've just started using it and really like it. My only problem is that since I have a thrustmaster joystick I can't set macros on the stick. Without being able to set macros I can't put the AB and brakes and FF on the stick while having them on the off-hand page.

I sent something to Belkin to see if there's a way to emulate joystick button presses, but nothing yet.
