I'm Going To Blow This Site Up!
Probably tonight, or this weekend. So stand back and take cover.
Ok, so I am only going to upgrade the forums to VB 3.5. But it could explode, you never know. ![]() For sure the front page will go. It's not compatible. So it's going to have to be reworked. Jumpgate will have a new Forum Style. Many Changes coming. So don't freak out when you can't find us. Or, if you never read this before it happens. Then feel free to freak out as much as you like. All my Jumpgate hacks for VB have been ported over to VB 3.5 plugins. So they will install quick and I won't have to redo them with every VB upgrade. Yahooooo! Anyway, time to go prepare the explosives. ![]() Jump |

Not really. Caching makes pages load faster. It saves the sites you visit bandwidth. You just need to learn to clear it when you think changes have been made. Sometimes just a couple refreshes will do it.
Things a browser caches: CSS files. (which is why it's better to code it in a file not on page.) javascript files (Which can make new functions apear to not function.) images. |
