You need to be in Firefox.

Oh I know, we moved to a new server since then and it is not set for FF extensions. I'll have to fix that.

You can just right click-save file as and then when it downloads just drag it onto an open Firefox window and the install screen will come up.

Actually, it seems to be working now. I updated the server and thought it didn't take after the reboot. But now it seems to have. So just click the link again.
