Guild Beta sign-up guide

As you may have seen we’ve added a Guild beta-sign up form to the new Jumpgate Evolution website. This form allows guild leaders from across the globe to register their guild for the Jumpgate Evolution beta. This form is to give guilds the opportunity to get their guild into the Jumpgate beta without having to deal with individual applications while hoping you all get in at the same time.

I'd love to see as many of the old Senior Operators, Owner Operators, Operators and even some new recruits that are ready to help with beta testing as a team. We all know that the old economy in Jumpgate had many flaws, and the truckers I flew with found a lot of these flaws rather quickly. I would like to think we could be a major influence in beta to help find and prevent things like Matter Farming, or extreme overstocked production methods that made Jumpgate get to old and stale.

I haven't yet decided on how long to leave the invitation open before completing the form with the list of e-mail addy's. But anyone interested in being on the list of Solrain (ONLY) -=MACK=- Truckers drop me a PM here.

I be interested in trying it again, some of the most fun I had was hauling around with you guys. I'm just wondering if there's going to be room for haulers with the "AI Mail" type of AI hauling system they seem to be talking about on the official forums.

I'm wondering the same Rat, but we are still going to give it a try and see where it goes. Hopefully beta will show us how things will work out as there just hasn't been enough information on the economy and production to know how valuable our trucking squad will be to the new universe.

I don't think hauling in and of itself will be the big deal it was back when Jumpgate Classic was young. Back then with auto-production of commods, economic work was pretty straight-forward. I think JGEs econ squad will need to encompass all of the three "M"s -- mining, manufacturing and moving.
