Considering the timezone spread of just the "core" members alone (me in US, many of them on the other side of the Atlantic), this is probably one of the more likely places to be used for communications.

Anyway, found the old beta squad policy, but need to clean it up and update it for Jumpgate's current existence (no refuelers in Gurge or Dark Gateway now, for example, and sector claims came long afterwards). Expect an update Soon™.
