Beacon state wipe at next scheduled outage

During the next planned outage, I will be wiping the stored beacon information to close the book on a minor data bug that has been with us for a long time but only just now traced down. Ordinarily, beacon holding information survives a server restart.

This will happen whether I next take the server down for maintenance or for patching 1.0106. I'm sorry about the inconvenience of losing beacon info this time around.

Hopefully he will anounce the day before and watch how all the beacons turn grey.
