Mine was more of a tactical issue rather than a privacy concern.

To be honest Id much rather see all stat records removed, they cause more lame behaviour/attitudes than anything else ingame.

That is overreacting. People like to see their stats.

Lets be honest the only thing you actualy need to keep a check on is credits anyway, all the other stuff is just bragging rights and some use lame and/or cowardly less honourable tactics to get them.

Yeah, I want to be able to see -100 PR in all factions on my account, makes me feel better about myself.

LOL be careful what you wish for...I and others have had -125 PR in all 5 factions before with the help of the GM's. (In this case it was for an event but still)

I only had it in all three factions at one time....back when I was Dark Path. I eventually worked off the quant one cause I liked them, but I stayed neg 100 at least on the other two until I reset -=Gotcha=- from sol to quant.

Once you are that heavily bountied there is no point in working it off.

Well sadly I refuse to pay for the current Jumpgate, so I'll never know. If ND made it free (with in game advertising or something) and let us all play it while they work on the new version, hell ya I would be in there and doing my best to make the "bad guy" role work again.

Yep, bankruptcy is the major problem I had when I was a pirate. Even with the little money I made with Matt Farming, somewhere around 200mil, Gotcha ate through that in a matter of a few weeks. Then again, if I were to come back and do it again, I would spend a lot more time picking my fights and running than I used to. I used to have the mentality that if I got my target I didnt care what happened after that, but if I were to do it again with my knowledge of today I would only pick the targets I could take down and get away with.

Which is quite consitent with how "real pirates" have always operated.

Well back in the day I was part of an entire squad of Pirates so I had the backup if I needed to run after taking someone down. Towards the end, it was me vs the world.
