nanobots and sheild batteries that could be single use and modx only. what do you think?

Dude take a chill pill will you. People make suggestions and then the bad ones are removed through discussion and debate and the good ones stay through the same process. Telling ppl not to even make suggestions is ridiculous. Unless you are the UBERALLKNOWING you don't have all the answers.

I remember Cruentos Legio. What started as an experiment ended up a 4 pilot team well coordinated and all with voice comms. I remember they demonstrated what netburn has been saying, skill in the use of a given equipment/ship.

I remember they were asked to do the same with Quantar ships (with a name change) and later with sols and basically the results were the same, skill and knowledge of a ship/equipment was of more value than just the ship itself.

If you have guys who know their equipment and better yet, they work in teams, its even better. In OEC we basically did that too, know your stuff, train, and coordinate. Maybe somebody remembers our scout packs into sol space, I still have pictures.

Nothing really. It's just a lot less immersive. But there won't be massive numbers of players shelling out bucks for a TrackIR -- so you'd really need look-around solutions for non-TrackIR users, as well as non-joystick users too.

Non JS users could bind keys just like you bind the hat....

Granted the Radar wasnt the easiest thing in the world as a newb, but it makes sense once you get to know it. I did however find it anoying I would have to roll a lot to see where people really were as the up/down lines were not always that helpfull
