There was hardly anything more exciting (or masochistic) than flying a TOW fully loaded with Uranium or some other insanely heavy material into Hyperial. I want Emma, and I want her twice as big as before!

I might also point out that my sister , who never played her own pilot, knows who Emma is, and has derived great joy from the idea that someone did that in the first place.

Emma was also known as "Scorch's Revenge". I always assumed there was a link between these two names: Scorch had a bad experience with someone called Emma... As an aside, there are a few things in the game world that are named after real people. Klatsches Hold is probably the best known - Gossip, who ran PlanetJumpgate, the ultimate fan-site in the early years. Lothar and Mokk for sure. Lothar was the kind of tester that spent all day pouring ore onto a station market to determine the exact proportions of commodities derived. Mokk was a former EU GM. Hirbel's Channel has some connection to Mightygames. Cynomies Passage was named after Josh's roadkill, if I'm not mistaken. And I certainly ran into quants called Tictac and Ekoo' during beta. Never found out where Emma came from though.
