Implement a better billing system!!!

Everytime I have attempted to reactivate my account for Jumpgate Classic, I end up on the phone with support. This is the only game I have ever had issues with not being able to reactivate. There has to be a better billing system than this for Jumpgate Evolution.

I know account security is terribly important these days, and I understand all teh controls and why they are there. But it shouldnt take an act of congress to reactivate a pilot either.

Just my 2 cents.

Istvan has said many times during the lasts months that its in the works, we dont know when but its in the plans.

The current Jumpgate billing system is the crummiest POS of any game I have ever subscribed to. I detest any time I have to get into it.

I've only ever had one problem with reactivating an account, and it was dealt with very quickly. Nonetheless we have already been told this is changing.

Post on ND's help section Net. IF GM_Thoth doesnt see it Im sure the EP's will poke the persons that should (I do small time poking). I've also posted the sabercharge phone number there too at request of Wizard401.

No posting, I'm going to wait to see how long it takes them to respond using their normal method (email notification)

If it takes too long, then its their fault it comes up in my review of the trackIR
