Not many people tried to civ Synergy tows. Those who did were the usual squik/Velvetjones/Cogs/Spacious jackasses we were already killing on sight.

Dude, you nailed it. That's the part I didn't get. Thanks for the patient schooling.

More people doesn't mean better people, it simply means more styles of play. Take away the people, and you take away play style options. The first options to go are the extreme ones.. all-PVP and no-PVP being fine examples.

If we had a ton of people, we'd also have a ton of asshats. But it wouldn't matter, because Squads could form to insulate folks who want the insulation.

Back to topic, though.. Go GM Sanctioned Player-Driven Quests!!

It's a long story.. it referenced some posts that I tried to move to a different thread. Since the referenced posts were no longer around, I removed the reference and created you a new post in the new thread.

Then, because i'm a general idiot who doesn't have any experience in such areas, i went ahead and deleted the entire new thread rather than merely moving it.

Anyway, i'll see about getting more practice at the heavy-handed-mod thing (no, i really won't, but i might read a couple of help files or something
