I like Jumps idea about "individual flux" with a bounty. It would give game a dynamic content.
Let's twist it a little bit more. If a flux kills more pilots, it can become more experienced and more deadly. Balancing would need to be done tho. Also, there was a time when due to a bug, spawns were messed up. It was a change while it lasted. You had to change your route due to the flux. Miners had to go to other sectors. Something new for a while. |

Personally I think flux should be done away with. Come up with something new and not "pink". Like an AI faction of bug people that attack in hordes or something.
BTW ace requires 6 kills in 1 flight, I always came up 1 kill short in wwiiol. |

For the US its 5, for the germans it was 8, and its over the length of your career. Ace in a day is a special title given to pilots that actually score 5 kills in 1 flight. There was also some dissagreement about whether you were allowed to transfer kills to another plane if you were shot down
