Squad Banking

I would like to see some implementation of squad banking. If the Squad decides to get a POS (which is the only time POS should exists IMO) then they will need capital, this would ordinarily just be given to the Squad leader, but what if the squad you join has a bank account you can add to and senior members can take from?

A n00b joins a squad and pays his/her "dues" for a while then needs a loan. So they go to the SL or some other senior member and asks them if they can take out a loan from the squad to get a better ship or more gear or whatever it is. The SL can then take that money out and give it to the n00b to get his/her stuff.

As you increase in rank within the squad, so does your ability to add and remove funds from the account.

I know this would be open to occasional abuse by nefarious pilots but then again, that would be another angle for the pirates too

Whats wrong with the current situation where the squad leader just holds the money and /gives or docks and gives?

As a squad leader i had to keep a ledger to separate "Squad" money from "Personal" money. Plus this way, ppl could actually see how their squad is doing financially.

I thought it would be neat.

How about if we get squad storage it is somehow tied into that?

As the main POS owner in OV the credits eventually trickle back into my account anyway. It is a nuisance however getting those funds redirected to stockers, especially as like now I have been on vacation for 2 weeks and am not around to do so.
A squad bank with limited access to squad members of choice would be good. The bank could be made purely from sales from POS thus meaning the owner would also have a private account.
This system would mainly only be open to abuse through bad squad management. If you accept a tard into your squad or give them too many rights too soon you deserve to be screwed over imo.

Something simple like a moneygram would work as well. The biggest issue is getting money to players that are not on when you are.

It has and is very good, also very easy to move money about from player to player or into corp/squad account.

I haven't played EVE so i wouldn't know but some of the RPG's i have played have something similar tho not necessarily for money.

LOL i did see it but i thought you were taking the piss.,, thus couldnt be arsed to change it, which i do as most of the time i use word to write my replys and it go's into overdrive somtimes when i have quoted other peoples posts.
