Inj, any civrip means you need to get moving, you will have an entire server population looking for a possibly injured pilot that is worth millions of dollars for a single kill.

Its like Matt Farming, instead its Pirate Farming.

question on bounties, out of who's pocket does the bounty money come out of when say...a pirate is killed?

The person collects the 22mil+ (depending on the pirates ship config) directly from the little amount of money a pirate typically has. Seriously how far will a 500k PoD last against those loses.

makes no sense, so basically the pirate is putting a bounty on his own head and HE has to pay for it.

No, TRI tags the pilot as bountied when he kills a civilian, it makes sense, but the price increase kills the ability to fly with a bounty.
