Jumpgate Ship Creator 1.83 with updated ini 2015-05-25

The entire JG ship 1.83 creator from way back I believe this is the last release Brucemangee updated the ini and I have subbed his for the original ini. Standalone package, no install necessary, however it cannot reach the market lister. If anyone knows how to fix that, you are welcome to it. I am not the owner of this program, just passing it along
