Wiki Production at Solrain Core - what to keep in mind

    The notorious Solrain Stout is made at SC, eating Grain
    and Water. Grain is produced locally, so all Water or Ice ore brought in wlll most likely get brewed fairly quickly. There is not much to do to this, just bring more Water or Ice ore. The Grain can be shipped to Wake to produce Manufactured Foods and boost production.

    Electronics is a very important commodity that is made here, from the second most scarce commodity in space - Synthetics! This involves production at OC or Corridor, which are very far away. But someone has to do it...

    Machined Parts are made here, and this is a very important commodity too. It uses only tier 1 metals, mined from different ores though, or, of course, pure asteroids. Machined Parts can be shipped to Wake or Cornea for a profit, to be used in interesting equipment like Sport Plus.

    Manufactured Foods can be made here, but it feels better to ship Grain (from SC) and Chemicals (from Cornea) to Wake instead, because Wake needs more things to ship out. Solrain Core already produces Organic Foods.

    Organic Foods is an excellent commodity to ship pretty much anywhere for a quick profit. Cash in some while bringing this to Klatsches Hold, Lothar's Landing or GBS for a nice return haul of tier 1 commodities that are produced there. Shipping Organic Foods to Cornea is ok too, shipping Grain to Wake too, but not the other way around.

    Proximity Fuses can be made here, but if Machined Parts are made here, you can get a profitable haul of those to Cornea and make Proximity Fuses there instead. They are used for Cutlass production, and those can be made at Cornea too.

    Sabres are nuclear missiles, capable of damaging conflux hives. They need the most scarce commodity in space - Conflux Biomass, extracted from conflux by using an InSight gun and a Burglar MODx. This production is for experts only, no interesting profits are to be made here, unless you have a lucrative, and informal, contract.

    Traps can be quite wasteful to produce. Try to make sure you don't have high stock levels of Electronics (made locally), Explosives and Iron at the same time. The stock will grow above 500 and start decaying every hour.
